  1. Dried prunes
  2. Dried dates
  3. Tart apples (cored wedges)
  4. Dried Apricots

  6. Slivered Almonds
  7. Anise seeds
  8. Pinch of Cardamom and Cinnamon powder
  9. Honey
  10. Candied lemon and orange peel
  11. Lemon juice and Orange juice

How to make Dry Fruit Jam?

  1. Add the apples in boiling water and cook until soft.
  2. Mash them with a masher and pour onto a cheesecloth. Allow it to dip into a vessel.
  3. In a separate bowl, club all the chopped dry fruits like dates, prunes, apricots, walnuts, almonds and add the apple mixture. Stir well and allow it to mix overnight.
  4. Add 2 cups honey to 1 cup water and wait until the mixture boils.
  5. To this add the fruit mixture, candied lemon orange with the zest juice, nuts and spices like anise seed, cardamom, and cinnamon.
  6. Once the mixture starts becoming thick, turn off the stove and allow it to cool.
  7. Tasty dry fruit jam is ready.
